Our services will commence only after full payment and receipt of all required details from the client.
Clients must provide all necessary information and materials within 24 hours of payment. Failure to do so may result in delays or cancellation of the service, with no refunds or rescheduling.
We do not guarantee specific results, as performance depends on multiple factors beyond our control.
Any revisions or modifications must align with the agreed scope of work; additional changes may be chargeable.

3. Communication Policy

Clients must use the appropriate communication channels as specified by Dewa Direction (email, WhatsApp, or support ticket).
Do not make unsolicited calls. All calls must be scheduled in advance by booking an appointment.
Our response time is based on workload and priority; we appreciate your patience.
Any abusive, inappropriate, or unprofessional communication will result in termination of services without refund.

4. Appointment Booking

If you require a call or meeting, please book an appointment in advance using our scheduling system.
Random or unscheduled calls will not be entertained.
Missed appointments without prior notice may not be rescheduled.
