1. Order Cancellation

• Before Shipment:
  Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if the product has not been shipped. To cancel, please contact us immediately at support@dewadirection.com
• After Shipment:
  Once the product has been shipped, cancellations are not allowed. You may opt for a return or exchange after receiving the product (subject to our Return & Refund Policy).

2. Custom or Personalized Products

• Orders for custom-made or personalized products cannot be canceled once production has started. These products are tailored specifically for you, and cancellations are not possible.

3. Refund Process for Canceled Orders

• If your order qualifies for cancellation, a full refund will be initiated within 7-10 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
• Any processing fees incurred during the transaction may not be refundable.
