1. No Cancellation or Refund After Work Begins

  • As soon as we receive payment, our team immediately begins working on your project. Given the time, expertise, and resources involved, we do not entertain any requests for refunds once work has started.

  • You understand that initiating a project means that our team has allocated time and effort specifically for your order, and therefore, payments made are non-refundable.

2. No Refunds for Change of Mind or Unsatisfactory Results

  • We strive to deliver top-quality service; however, refunds will not be issued if you are dissatisfied with the work for reasons such as a change of mind, personal preference, or subjective opinions.

  • We encourage customers to communicate their expectations clearly before making a payment.

  • If you require modifications or adjustments, we are happy to make reasonable revisions as per our service agreement, but this does not entitle you to a refund.

3. No Refunds Due to Delays or External Factors

  • We work efficiently to meet deadlines, but certain factors like client responsiveness, requirement changes, or unforeseen circumstances may affect timelines. Delays do not qualify for a refund.

4. No Refunds Due to Third-Party Issues

  • If our work is dependent on third-party platforms, tools, or services (such as ad accounts, hosting providers, software tools, or APIs) and there are delays, rejections, or failures due to their policies, we cannot be held responsible and no refund will be provided.

5. No Refunds for Partial Work

  • If a client decides to discontinue the project after we have started, for any reason, no refunds will be given for the work completed up to that point.
